   it also creates confusion in the appt blocks section. There have to be so many blocks because you can't just set an open and close time for your practice for the day. I agree Dentrix does a way better job of this.

   Hi Dr. Cain. We have fixed this and now have a great contrast in our schedule. It was really hard to adjust to reflect open/close times at first but we have found a really good way now. Are you a new user? Previous Dentrix? I think they should allow a name hide on the schedule for HIPAA compliance like Dentrix. I am submitting now:) I have had to make up a LOT of different emails to submit all of my wants/desires for the system.
