Hey All,
We’re doing some research on this idea to see where it could fit into our roadmap. We have the following questions for you all, and would appreciate as much feedback as you can provide.
1. For the insurance verification icon, what method do you use to verify your insurance, and would it be acceptable for this to be a manually set checkbox on the appointment?
2. What do you think these icons should look like, and where would you like them to show on the appointment? Near the other icons? In a completely new space?

What we do in our office for the insurance issue is change the foreground to Dark Blue when the patients insurance has been verified. So on our schedule now all patients who are ready to go ins or cash are Dark Blue Foreground (font) We also use Trojan to verify some of the benefits so those are turned green when we are waiting for the benefits from Trojan. We turn pts foreground red for pts that we need additional ins info from and are waiting for pts to call us back. Try it out! This system has made life a lot easier for us.
