Change the way credits are posted to patient accounts
Change or fix the way a credit posts to a service. Currently, if a credit is generated from a payment, the credit "tags itself" to the top line of the account, which could be from years ago. When an aging report is printed, it shows a recent credit as being outstanding for over 181+ days. This creates more work, because we then have to research why a patient has had a credit for so long, when in fact it is a recent credit. We would like accurate reports, and this current way does not allow us to have them.

This should be resolved in the current version of the software. Please contact support for assistance updating.
