Referrer List
When printing a referrer list you have the opton to Group by Company. Add the option to Group by Specialty.

Image Library Security
It would be helpful if you could set security on the delete option in the Image Library. This would prevent the inadvertant deletion of necessary files. From NorthShore Endo

Printing single pages
Sometimes we need to print only one page of the patient's history or dental records. As it is now we have to go thru several steps before we can print a page. Realizing EHR can produce all dental records in a quick and easy method but it does not include general information that patient gives to us when they first come into our office. Example: Patient and Case January

Automatically locking notes
The new Required "Review" before locking notes makes the whole automatic locking of notes not so automatic. Please make the "Review" optional so that those of us who really liked the notes to lock automatically can avoid the extra time required to "Review".

Print ledger notes
It would be very helpful to be able to print the ledger notes. That is where all financial conversations are kept and when turning someone into collections we should be able to print those.

Preregistration Insurance Info
From Northshore Endo:
When you add an insurance profile to a preregistration record, there is a contact field. This info is not transferred to PIC when patient is registered. Would be nice if you replaced this with Effective Date, Last Verified and By that would transfer to PIC Insurance tab.2 votesThis is available in our most recent version.

form button move
Currently using the FORM button to fill in the plan section of the treatment plan. The problem is that new staff are always forgetting where the button is, since it is not in the "plan" section.
Request that the FORM button be moved from the CASE section to the PLAN section.

change narrative options
use more streamlined narrative options for sensitivity and pulp testing. A better gridwork for entering the findings of our testing. Too much paper is being used to record information.

Preregistration Insurance Subscriber

Under the Subscriber info on the insurance tab of preregistration it would be nice to have Relationship to Patient and have that info transfer to PIC1 vote -
Mailbox Icon
We have noticed that the mailbox icon is extremely small making it difficult to see that the envelope has changed to yellow. Is it possible to increase the size of the mail icon back to its normal size?

Image Library
Change the image library to allow the user to scan the images as jpeg, bmp, or scan word documents into a document center. Our db is growing very large. From NorthShore Endo.

Add Xray integrations to the appt right click menu to access the digital radiography bridged without going back to the PIC and selecting from the Control Panel

EMR Anesthesia
Treatment summary in EMR includes anesthesia from previous visits on all days. When a patient returns for a temp filling and no anesthesia is given, it should not show in the summary for that day. Please consider showing only that anesthesia that was delivered on the highlighted day in the Tx. Summary
