Allow for Medical Eclaim filing along with the Dental Eclaim filing
Endodontics DOES have procedures that need to go through Medical Insurance FIRST and for patients that have trauma, we file to Medical FIRST. Used a lot and it would be nice to have that option for both types of eClaim filing through EndoVision.

This feature is available in our most recent update, when you add an appointment to the schedule, it will alert you if there’s a call list item for that patient, and give you the option to remove it.

Save appt comments to cancel log
I would like to have any appointment comments in a patient's appt saved to the cancellation log when their appt is cancelled. Then moved to their new appointment when using the Reschedule option from the cancellation log. Thank you!
6 votesthe comments section is saved with the cancelled appointment and when rescheduled the comments will be in the rescheduled appointment comments.

Please include Subjective (Chief Complaint) field for printed reports in EHR.
When courts and lawyers request records, the EHR reports currently do not include anything entered in the Chief Complaint field. This is obviously an important part of any treatment session and should be included in the reports.

When you add a referring Group name to a referral could the address and contact information be automatically be entered into fields
When adding a referral group name to a referrer could the contact inforation and address be autofilled.

add the document center to preregister
When patient is referred, many times the referring office will email/ or mail the referral and radiograph(s). Presently their is nowhere to link (add) this info into the patient's information in pre-reg. This would make it easier to keep track of this info.
10 votesThere is a document section in pre-reg. You can add documents and images. These documents and images will transfer to the document center when the patient is registered and the PIC is created

*epayment option for insurance checks*
The amazing benefit of depositing checks electronically (as ACH) is currently limited to patient/personal checks only.
We thought we were going to virtually eliminate trips to the bank for deposits.
Unfortunately we were quite deflated to see that we actually could not do electronic deposits with the insurance company as the payer as we had thought.Without the ACH option, we lose big benefits of having electronic banking in the first place.
Please add the epayment option and allow insurance checks to be posted and deposited via the ACH method just like any other check.

form button move
Currently using the FORM button to fill in the plan section of the treatment plan. The problem is that new staff are always forgetting where the button is, since it is not in the "plan" section.
Request that the FORM button be moved from the CASE section to the PLAN section.

URGENT ALL COMMENTS SECTIONS IN EMR NEED TO PRINT FOR LEGAL CASES!
In the EMR there are comment boxes in most of the windows but they don't print. For example the Chief complaint or the Pain and Swelling sections doesn't print what you write in the comment box. This is suppose to be a legal document and we should be able to print every section and word written in the patient's case file.

Pop up note at patient record access
I suggest that the pop-up note appear as soon as the patient record is accessed, rather than when trying to schedule an apopintment. This way we can address the issue in the note as soon as we pull up the patients record.

Please add cell phone!
List phone options as cell, home, work in preregistration and registration of patients. Remove fax # and phone icon w/dropdown.
Software Committee - Approved / Done, 2010 annual update has a new contact center that allows you to control what is shown on general tab, additionally show 3 phone #'s and change fax.

Referrer List
When printing a referrer list you have the opton to Group by Company. Add the option to Group by Specialty.

Image Library Security
It would be helpful if you could set security on the delete option in the Image Library. This would prevent the inadvertant deletion of necessary files. From NorthShore Endo

Preregistration Insurance Info

When you add an insurance profile to a preregistration record, there is a contact field. This info is not transferred to PIC when patient is registered. Would be nice if you replaced this with Effective Date, Last Verified and By that would transfer to PIC Insurance tab.2 votesThis is available in our most recent version.

change narrative options
use more streamlined narrative options for sensitivity and pulp testing. A better gridwork for entering the findings of our testing. Too much paper is being used to record information.

Preregistration Insurance Subscriber

Mailbox Icon
We have noticed that the mailbox icon is extremely small making it difficult to see that the envelope has changed to yellow. Is it possible to increase the size of the mail icon back to its normal size?

Image Library
Change the image library to allow the user to scan the images as jpeg, bmp, or scan word documents into a document center. Our db is growing very large. From NorthShore Endo.
