  1. On the time clock, is there a way to have employees clock out for 15 minute breaks without it coming off their hours? Paid breaks.

    Employees get paid 15 minute breaks, but we can't have them clock out because it reduces their hours. Could you put a button or something that could be clicked to pick paid break that does not affect hours?

  2. Be able to reprint a day sheet and still see the actual month to date $ as of that particular date.

    It would be very helpful when you have to reprint a day sheet that it would still give you the correct month to date production, collection and adjustment dollars as of that date you are reprinting. Wright now, when you enter the date to reprint a day sheet it gives you the month to date amounts as of the day you are printing the day sheet. So the month to date amounts are not correct for the date you are printing.

  4. Not Able to Access Scanned Documents

    After the last update (17.1.0) we have been unable to access anything scanned into the document center. It would be great if this could be fixed ASAP. Very inconvenient when something works in one version and in the next upgrade it stops!

  7. On Appointment Feature

    Currently in the fee schedule there is a feature that allows you to like a code to a service, for the purpose of scheduling from the treatment plan.

    The problem with this, is that it does not link to the existing colors at all. Need the ability to do this, as colors are very important to determining at a quick glance what is going on for the day.

    Change the verbiage - From "UCR Group" to something different.

    UCR group is a misleading name, as UCR stands for usual and customary rate. Perhaps "Insurance allowable" instead.

  9. Coordination of benefits when submitting insurance claims

    We would like to be able to have a coordination of benefits option when submitting insurance claims electronically for patient's that have coverage through more than one insurance. Many Canadian insurance carriers support this type of transaction, but in Endovision, the "coordination of benefits" option listed under the insurance carrier's profile under "supported transactions" is greyed out. After speaking to support staff, we have been told it is not supported through Endovision at this time.

  10. Indicator for Long Distance Phone Numbers

    Add an option in the Patient Info Center in the "General" tab to indicate if a patient's phone number is long distance. Could be a check box or a text field where we could enter LD, indicating it is long distance.

  11. Sound notification when patient in-office confirmation status changes

    It would be great to have a sound notification, like a chime or beep, to alert all workstations when a patient's in-office confirmation status changes. If staff can be alerted by a sound when a patient's status is changed from "checked in" to "cht ready" or from "xrays" to "in treatment", they won't have to continually check the computer screen.

  14. Preference setting for insurance profile last used not to auto populate

    When I select an insurance profile on a patient and then go to a new patient and select to enter an insurance profile the previously selected profile auto populates and would prefer it did not do that.

  15. Enhancement request: PLEASE add patients' email address in the recall reports. It is the most efficient way to recall patients in

    With advanced technology, people always prefer email recalls. It is crucial to add patients' email address in the recall reports as well. It is the most efficient way to recall patients in by mass email. Calling patients in one by one and postcards take a lot of unnecessary leg work.

  17. Endo Vision registration and Dexis should merge information automatic.

    When you register a patient in Endo Vision asyou do now, you have to then go to Dexis and register patient again. It would be SO nice if the fields could merge and one step you would be done.

  18. track who makes changes to time clock

    we have 40 employees and 4 of us have access to edit the time clock. I have been finding clock out or in times missing or deleted and would like to know who is at fault. Also would be helpful to curb anyone altering hours for their own benefit

  19. create a POP-up box for entry of CBCT findings

    Under assessment, have a separate CBCT findings that would have common default boxes- such as expanded sinus periostium, displaced sinus floor, polyps, mucous retention, perfortated alveolar plate, enostosis/boney island

  20. appointment search

    On the appointment book, there is a feature that you can use to search for existing and new patient appointments that are coming up. (appointment book / tools / search / appointment search).

    The problem is....the field is FIRST NAME / LAST NAME. This is opposite of everywhere else in the software and is not labeled to tell you that is in this format either.
