Save notes in Insurance Tab, Comments box without having to hit tab key
In the Patient Comments box on the bottom right in the Insurance tab, if you type a note, the only way it will save now is to use Tab key on your keyboard to get out of the box before you do anything else - if you type something, click out to another tab or screen, then go back, your note will be gone! This is a huge problem when multitasking - if you add a note but don't use the Tab key to leave the box, you just click out to something else, all your notes get deleted. It…

Terrible patient information center redesign!
The new layout is difficult to read and navigate. The fields are unclear. Please add color back to the individual section on the general tab. The lines and different sections need greater contrast. It is difficult to navigate, difficult to see missing information and ******* the eyes with so much white space. It looks like a poorly designed form that was created in wordperfect. This is the absolute WORST "IMPROVEMENT" I have seen in my 15 years of using this software.

Delete a locale from UCR group
Currently you have the ability to ADD a single locale group to an existing UCR group (since the local makes the codes unique).
BUT...you cannot delete a locale from an existing UCR group. That means the excel spreadsheet has to be updated in it's entirety and then saved again as a tab delimited and be reimported. When you are have several locales in a group, this can cause lag and takes quite a long time to import.

Sorting UCR group allowables
Currently if you open the allowable table of a UCR group, you can click on any one of the headers to sort by that specific header. When you click on "locales" to sort by that, the codes are no longer in order. When you are spot checking specific locales and codes, it would be very helpful if the codes stayed in numerical order when clicking on the various headers.

ucr group import total
When importing tab delimited files into the software for UCR groups, would like to get a pop up indicating how many lines were imported. This would be for comparison purposes, to make sure what was imported was the same as what was on the initial excel spreadsheet.
This particular office has a large number of locales, thus the tab delimited files are quite large. A verification like this would be useful.

Print batch claims default
Report / insurance / paper claims
- when you open this window, it will default to the ADA claim form
- this batch window is most often used for medical claims and should default to CMS 1500
- unable to set default with Field PropertiesRequest - Ability to set default print for this window, as a preference or with field properties

ROS signature
Office is using the ROS tab for the Recovery Room Check list.
They have the escort sign instead of the provider. (work around)
They may have to change things still on the record.
When they change items, the signature disappears.
Would like to be able to add the signature at any time to this field.CID 110538

Audit Report
Have a Audit Report showing what users made deletions to patient accounts such as deleting payments or notes. Create security feature for patient note deletions and payment deletions.

EXCLUDE PATIENTS THAT HAVE APPTS ON RECALL SYSTEM
When running a recall report for overdue or due patients the report should exclude patients that already have an appointment. These reports do not at this time.

Rename TX summary
Currently the electronic health record has a section labeled "TX SUMMARY" and we click the "TX" button to access it.
This section in OMS Vision is now utilized for the anesthesia section.
Would like the ability to rename the section, just like we can rename tabs in the electronic heath record. Thus giving us the ability to change it from "tx summary" to "anesthesia report".
Also, the TX button should be changed to add or new instead.

Drag EHR merge fields
After a while, finding merge fields in the EHR can be a difficult thing to do. There are a couple things that may make this task easier.
The ability to drag a merge field from one category to another
The ability to click on a merge field in a narrative and that merge field "highlight" or have a right click option to show the pathway for where to find it in the list.

Currently you have the option in the services to attach a Case template and TX template to a service.

Adding Smartdent Bridge into OMSVision
Hello, My name is Brian from Ray America. We are the developers of Rayscan and Smartdent software. If possible, I would like a internal bridge integration from OMSVision. I saw that you have the Vatech bridge (EWoo) already integrated. Our software works the same way as Vatech's. If you can, you can use the same parameters that you have used for EWoo and just change the name to Smartdent. Please let me know if this can be done

Need our software to print the TAR CLAIM FORM DC-217 State of California Medi-Cal Dental form
Our office is now a provider for the state of California Denti-Cal division of the State Funded Medi-Cal program. We must be able to submit preauthorizations on the provided form from California The TAR Claim form is DC-217. If we cannot use the software we must write these out longhand.....PLEASE HELP

Security on adjustment codes
Currently you can set security on add/edit/delete in the adjustment code table. Would like the ability to add security to individual adjustment codes.
Example, "patient discount", could be set to an check in / check out level, where as something like "collection agency write off" could only be used by a manager

Layout sucks at best. Can not find needed information easily. Abbreviations are wrong
Have a MD DDS review your system and update your chart layout. It already looks outdated.
