Treatment plan to Virtual Scan Form
We want to be able to export the treatment plan into a virtual scan form w/out having to do an encounter form.
1 voteWouldn’t it be easier to complete the appointment with the Treatment Plan attached? Is there a reason it’s important to do this step using the Virtual Scan Form?

Medications administered when new treatment is started
If you create a case with multiple treatment visits, in the treatment window when a new treatment is started, the form all resets but the vital signs and medications carry over from previous surgeries. If a new treatment form is selected, the medications administered and vital signs should reset.

Would like a template for current medications and a separate template that shows stopped medication has stopped

edit display columns social history in EHR narratives
Would like to be able to choose which columns display for social history when EHR narrative is merged with the social history insertable table.
Also, Medical and Family History insertable tables

Remove The Root Canal are if not using.
We are an Oral Surgeon's office. Is there a way to take the "Canals" section off? We do not and will not use this area.

Contact one of our support technicians if you need assistance finding this setting.

Medication list in the visit & treatment summary when starting a new case
Can we add the medication list that has been entered in the patient's account to the visit & treatment summary when a new case is started

Anesthesia Case Fields in Narratives
In the narratives, the option for Prescriptions and Vitals includes; "All; Last 7 days; Last 30 days; Today" - Can this be an option for the anesthesia & medications as well?

EHR pulling CPT and CDT codes
If we are filling out a virtual scan form with the procedure codes, there should be an option to merge over the procedure codes into the EHR narratives. A treatment plan can be added in a table to a letter, then why can those same procedure codes not be added into the EHR narrative. This should be an option, along with the option to choose just the code or to add the description as well.
